Keith McMaster – President

(708) 417-1580Most people need to achieve a notable tenure in their position before they can predict and project where their industry is headed. However, early in his career, Mr. McMaster developed an intuitive vision of where his field was evolving and how to drive his business in that direction. After graduating from college, McMaster began working as a process server and quickly felt an affinity for the fast-paced environment. His career goals prompted him to start up his own full-service default management services firm in 1996, which has expanded from a small storefront office, with three employees, to multiple offices nationwide, with more than 60 employees. McMaster concedes technology has catapulted the status of this niche business. He reinforces this belief by serving as a member of the technology committee for America’s Mortgage Banking Attorneys (USFN) since 2006, along with being a panelist at various peer-based technology forums. He headed up a Technology Criteria Committee and currently leads the Member Benefits/Affinity Program Committee and the Standards and Best Practices Committee for the National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS). McMaster actively serves on the board as second vice president of NAPPS and prior to that was secretary. He was recognized in November 2007 as Associate of the Year by USFN.
Matt Massa – Director, Operations

After quickly moving up the ranks of the company and learning each aspect of the business, being appointed to oversee company operations was a natural progression. Massa has been instrumental in organizing and mobilizing company-wide operations to achieve and maintain company tenets of efficiency, accuracy and stellar customer service. In addition, Massa maintains one-on-one client contact to keep a pulse on how and where to streamline and implement effective strategies to maximize returns for clients.
Jennifer Dlugolecki – Director, Business Development

With an expansive background in the paralegal and real estate foreclosure fields, Dlugolecki came to EI with a decisive goal to grow default management services. In her short tenure, Dlugolecki has opened various offices while continuing to stay abreast of industry trends, as well as identify viable markets. Dlugolecki’s experience, organization and keen analytical acumen are what drive this facet of the business.
